Randomly generated 11-digit identifiers that contain uppercase, alphabetic and numeric characters.

MBI s will be made smaller to match the size of a standard credit card..
Cards will not include gender or signature.
Cards will be printed on white paper and will still be red, white and blue coloring.
Approved Admissions, will automatically pre-fill MBI or old SSN numbers -this saves time being spent on tracking those down when running eligibility transactions.
